Wire Quality:

• Wire quality is critical to the construction, durability, and strength of tactical equipment. Two factors negatively affect wire durability:
  • Mold is one of the most common factors in the deterioration of military equipment, causing it to rot and ultimately resulting in unacceptable failure.
  • Sunlight has a detrimental effect on wire performance and over time causes deterioration.
  Warrior uses only high-quality nylon threads that meet U.S. military specifications, imported from the United States, and are treated against UV and Mold.

Fiber Strength:

• Acid: Good
• Alkali: Good
• Abrasion resistance: Excellent
• Heat Resistance: 142°C (Maximum continuous temperature before failure)
• Fiber Melting Point: 265°C

MIL SPEC Fabric:

• 500D nylon fabric offers superior tear and abrasion resistance and long-lasting durability. Made from solution-dyed yarns, it is inherently stain-resistant and easy to clean. MultiCam, Coyote Tan, Ranger Green, Black and A-TACS FG fabrics are all treated to have the lowest IR signature.

MOLLE System:

• This product uses the MOLLE system to connect to other elements creating a modular and adaptive system.
